Who I Am

Hi. I'm Sam. If there is one thing you should know about me, it's that my passion for all things food and culture takes up most of my mind and heart. For as long as I can remember, I have craved adventure revolving around the art of food - from street food delicacies to the  Michelin quality experience. I quickly developed a palate for culture, diversity, and flavor. These characteristics flourished with each year of growth. Today, they are who I am - what make me, me. The culinary world, over time, consumed me. It led me, now at 21, from restaurant publicity intern, to prep cook, to line cook, and now, quite luckily, to a career including all three.
